Welcome
This is the first update. I am still collecting the requisite signatures to make this ISR real, but in the mean time I am ready to start printing!
My interest this semester lies in playing with the multiple. I have experimented generative art, which can make countless variations of each piece. Printmaking also works in the multiples, but here the goal is to eliminate variation within an edition and make each print interchangeable. I want to exist in the intersection of these two definitions of multiple, utilizing the analog processes to remix the computer generated images.
This week I also had my first run of stickers printed and it’s thrilling to have 250 copies of something that I made in front of me.
